Product information and Pricing

Prices of goods and services and delivery fees displayed on the website are current at the time of display.  Such amounts are subject to change without notice. At all times Gidgee Baskets will attempt to be as accurate as possible with products and pricing, however we are unable to guarantee at all times that it is error free.

 

Placing Orders

Orders are dispatched on receipt of full payment. It is important all information given is accurate when placing order to ensure you receive your product.  Incorrect addresses etc. will result in resending product at your expense. An email will be forwarded to you confirming details of your order, however it will not be processed until full payment is received by us.

 

Canceling Orders

Gidgee Baskets reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.  In such incidences, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of or in connection with the exercise of these rights.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 07 4742 2288. 

Once an order has been processed and payment has been accepted, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

 

Delivery

An estimated date for delivery will be provided to you by gidgeebaskets.com.au.  While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.  If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, notify gidgeebaskets.com.au and we will lodge with the courier to ensure that the delivery occurs as soon as possible.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.  You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach by us or of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement immediately.  Replacement items will only be dispatched at our discretion.

We will not accept any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any goods or services that have been purchased from Gidgee Baskets, if you have changed your mind or are unhappy with your order (excluding body products or cosmetics).

All returned products must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in original and saleable condition.
  • Undamaged therefore it is up to you to ensure they are adequately packaged to ensure no damage.
  • We will accept no responsibility to products damaged on their return.
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.Please insure you keep a postage receipt in case of item being lost in transit, as we accept no responsibility if this occurs.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Gidgee Baskets against any and all claims, loss or damage (including without limitation any claims by third parties) that it may incur arising out of or in connection with a beach of this agreement by you or any user of your account, your use of this website or the placement or transmission of any information on this website by you or any users of your account.  Gidgee Baskets will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage including (but not limited to); 

  • Any loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with the use, Inability to use, performance of failure of this website; or
  • Damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
